VibeZero did not appear out of the AI boom. The people behind it spent years on work where you do not get to ship and hope, systems thousands rely on, data that has to stay exactly where it belongs, and auditors who eventually ask how you know any of it is safe.

We design, build and run the plumbing behind government and enterprise systems, the unglamorous layer that simply has to work, hardened, monitored, recoverable, and documented well enough that the next person can keep it alive without a phone call.

We design the technical security controls, write the governance, risk and compliance policies behind them, then stand in the room when they get audited. Being secure is one thing, but being able to prove it, on paper, to someone whose whole job is to doubt you, is a different skill entirely.

Much of the track record above is Josh's, years across state government, enterprise and not for profit, on systems where shortcuts are not an option and someone always checks your work.
That also covers web development, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform consulting, cybersecurity, data analytics and managed IT, enough range to see how the pieces fit together, and enough scar tissue to know where they break.
VibeZero came out of watching businesses adopt new technology badly and then having to clean it up. The aim is deliberately narrow, helping Australian SMBs use AI properly, securely and without the consulting theatre.
Perth
Perth's mining and resources ecosystem creates demand for practical AI solutions, and the cost base lets us price competitively without cutting corners.
Being in Perth is not a limitation, but an advantage. We are close to the operating environments that reward pragmatic work, and small business budgets reach much further.
