VibeZero did not appear out of the AI boom. The people behind it spent years on work where you do not get to ship and hope: systems thousands rely on, data that has to stay exactly where it belongs, and an auditor who eventually comes asking how you know any of it is safe.
That work ran across three sectors, and each one punishes shortcuts in its own way. Here is where VibeZero came from, and what every part of it drilled into how we build today.

The same standards government and enterprise work demands, brought to businesses that rarely get that calibre of help.
