ChatGPT drafts documents, analyses data, and handles customer queries. But without proper guidance, businesses end up with insecure apps, half-baked automations, and teams who use AI as a glorified search engine.

What we actually do.
We're a Perth-based AI development and consulting company. We build applications using AI-assisted development (vibe coding), audit and fix apps that were built with AI tools, help businesses figure out where AI fits in their operations, train teams to use AI tools effectively, build automated workflows, and manage the infrastructure and security for AI-built applications.
We work exclusively with small and medium businesses — under 50 staff, typically. Not because bigger companies don't need help, but because SMBs are where the impact is greatest and the support is thinnest. The Big Four will charge you $300,000 for a strategy deck. We'll charge you a fraction of that and build the thing.
Our approach.
We don't do hype. We won't tell you AI is going to replace your entire workforce or that you need to “transform your business” by next quarter. Some processes benefit from AI. Some don't. We'll tell you which is which, and we'll be honest when the answer is “not yet” or “not worth it.”

VibeZero was founded by Josh, a Perth-based technologist with deep experience across web development, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform consulting, cybersecurity, data analytics, and managed IT services. After years of building tools, hardening systems, and watching businesses struggle to adopt new technology sensibly, VibeZero was created to solve a specific problem: helping Australian SMBs use AI tools properly, securely, and profitably.
