Claude Code does not suggest code line by line. It reads your entire codebase, plans features, writes implementations across multiple files, runs tests and iterates until things work.

Used well, it changes development speed dramatically. Used poorly, it creates sprawling codebases with over engineered solutions, dependency bloat, and security gaps that are hard to spot because the code looks structurally sound.
