How we work
Start with the workflow and its boundaries
Before recommending a tool, we write down the work it needs to do, the information it touches, who approves its output and how the result will be checked. The same questions apply to a law firm's intake process, a property team's reporting and an internal finance workflow.
We deliver to Sydney remotely from Perth. Perth is two hours behind Sydney during standard time and three during daylight saving. Why Sydney
The data and review questions come first
For a financial or professional services team, possible AI work includes document processing, client reporting, contract review and internal operations. The useful scope depends on the data and the person who approves an output. APRA regulated entities must work within the prudential standards that apply to them, while Australian financial services licensees and other regulated businesses may also have ASIC obligations. Those duties depend on the entity and the work. They do not automatically apply to every Sydney business.
NSW privacy law also has a narrower scope than it is often given. The Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 applies to NSW public sector agencies. The Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 also covers health service providers and organisations handling health information within its scope. Many private businesses are instead governed by the federal Privacy Act where they are APP entities. We map data flows and controls against the obligations the client identifies with its advisers.
