Half-day workshop (3.5 hours) — covers one core topic with hands-on exercises. Best for focused skill-building. Up to 15 participants. From $3,500.
Full-day workshop (7 hours) — covers two topics or goes deeper on one. Includes practical exercises and an action plan. Up to 15 participants. From $6,500.
Individual coaching — one-on-one sessions for business owners or team leaders. $250/hour. Minimum two hours.
