API integrations between SaaS tools
Connect the tools in your stack that have no native integration, using their APIs directly through n8n nodes.
You already know n8n. You need someone who can build it properly, host it securely, and wire it into your systems. We design and deploy n8n workflows for Australian businesses: API integrations, AI agent pipelines, self-hosted infrastructure, and the day-to-day reliability that keeps automations running. Perth-based, working Australia-wide.
n8n is open-source, node-based, and runs on your own infrastructure. That combination is deliberate.
Unlike per-task pricing from Zapier or Make, n8n costs scale with deployment, not execution volume. Self-hosting puts your data and credentials on Australian infrastructure, which matters for Privacy Act compliance and for businesses that cannot send customer data through overseas cloud systems. The node-based editor handles complex branching, loops, and multi-step logic that simpler tools cannot.
If you are weighing n8n against Power Automate, see our Power Automate consulting page for an honest comparison. Short version: n8n is tool-agnostic and self-hostable; Power Automate is the better choice if your stack is Microsoft 365. Both have a place. We work with both.
Connect the tools in your stack that have no native integration, using their APIs directly through n8n nodes.
New leads from forms, ads or email flow into your CRM automatically, with field mapping and deduplication.
Generate PDFs, send templated emails, and trigger follow-up sequences based on real events in your systems.
Pull, transform and push data between systems on a schedule, with error alerting when something goes wrong.
Receive real-time events from payment gateways, form tools or external services and route them to the right place.
Chain LLM calls with tool use, memory and routing logic inside n8n. The agent runs; your data stays on your server.
Command-driven bots that query your data, create records, or trigger workflows from inside your team chat.
Pull metrics from multiple sources and deliver a formatted summary to email, Slack or a spreadsheet on a schedule.
Whatever the repeatable process is in your business, we scope it, build it and hand it over documented.
Your n8n instance runs on a server you control, in an Australian cloud region if needed. Workflow payloads, credentials, and execution logs never leave your infrastructure. Best for businesses handling personal data under the Privacy Act, healthcare, finance, or any team with specific data residency requirements. Requires initial setup and ongoing maintenance, which we handle for you.
n8n's managed cloud handles infrastructure and updates for you. Faster to start, no server overhead, and still cheaper than Zapier or Make at similar workflow counts. Trade-off: execution data passes through n8n's European cloud, which is not suitable for all Australian businesses. A reasonable choice when your data is not sensitive and you want convenience over control.
We default to self-hosted for most clients. If you are comparing n8n to Microsoft-native automation, see our Power Automate consulting page for a direct comparison. For the broader picture, the parent automation service covers all the tools we work with.
n8n can host AI agent workflows: chains of LLM calls, tool use, conditional routing, and human-in-the-loop approval steps, all running on your own server. That means the model call goes out over the internet but your input data, output data, and credentials stay local.
We build these workflows as an implementation layer. The design side, deciding what the agent should do and how it fits your business systems, is covered in our AI agents service. For businesses with data handling requirements, this pairs with our AI data loss prevention work.
Josh and the VibeZero team turned a mess of ideas into a working product faster than I thought possible. They actually listened to what we needed, didn't overcomplicate things, and delivered something our team could use straight away. Genuinely one of the best tech experiences I've had as a business owner.
Working with VibeZero was refreshingly straightforward. No jargon, no upselling, just solid work delivered on time. They understood our business from the first call and built exactly what we asked for. I'd recommend them to any small business looking to actually get results from AI.
Consulting, automation, security and training, plus the build and fix work when you need it. These are the eight we lead with; 32 in total. Your AI consultant in Perth, working nationally.

Learn moreIt depends on your stack and priorities. n8n is open-source, self-hostable, and charges per workflow deployment rather than per task execution, which makes it cost-effective at volume. Power Automate is the right choice if your team runs Microsoft 365 and you want native Office integrations without extra infrastructure. Zapier and Make are quicker to start but cost more at scale. See our detailed breakdown in the blog post comparing n8n vs Make vs Zapier for Australian businesses, or talk to us about your specific tools and we will give you a straight recommendation. We also have a dedicated Power Automate consulting service if that path fits better.
Yes. n8n runs on Docker and can be deployed to any server or cloud region, including Sydney and Melbourne AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud zones. Self-hosting keeps your data and workflow credentials on Australian infrastructure. That matters for businesses with Privacy Act obligations or data residency requirements. We handle the deployment, SSL, authentication, and ongoing updates.
Yes, when set up correctly. n8n stores workflow credentials in an encrypted credential store, and you control where that store runs. We configure scoped API keys per workflow, add human-in-the-loop steps where approvals are needed, and retain a full run history for audit. Self-hosted deployments never send your payload data to a third-party cloud.
Most things that involve moving data between systems on a trigger or schedule. Common builds include CRM and lead sync, document and email automation, API integrations between SaaS tools that do not natively connect, scheduled reporting pipelines, Slack or Teams bots, webhook handlers for form submissions or payment events, and AI agent workflows that call an LLM and act on the result. If the process follows repeatable rules and touches an API or webhook, n8n can automate it.
Yes. We are Perth-based and work on-site across the metro area, and remotely with businesses Australia-wide. Remote delivery works well for n8n: we share screens for workflow reviews, deploy to your infrastructure directly, and hand everything over documented.
