03Before & after
What it looks like in practice.
BEFORE
A new client is approved, so an admin emails three people to set up accounts, creates a SharePoint folder by hand, copies a welcome pack across, and adds tasks to a list. Steps get missed, and it takes a couple of days before the client hears anything.
AFTER
One approval kicks off a Power Automate flow: the SharePoint folder is created, the welcome pack is filed, the onboarding tasks appear in the team's list, and a Teams message confirms it is done. Same day, every time, nothing missed.
