Clear pricing before the work starts
The first 30 minute consult is free. We review the information you provide and quote work that is clear enough to scope. If deeper investigation is needed, we agree a separate paid discovery scope and price first. Defined work has a fixed itemised quote. Ongoing advice uses prepaid hours with time reported against the work.
We reply within one business day, usually sooner, without an automated sales sequence.

Commercial terms
You approve written terms, not a rough estimate
Nothing starts until the scope and pricing model are clear. For defined work, that means one fixed figure. For ongoing advice, it means a prepaid block with the reporting and block terms stated first.
- Scope and output
- The proposal states what is included, what is excluded and what you will receive.
- Price and timing
- The fixed figure or prepaid block, delivery window and support period are written down.
- Outside costs
- GST treatment and third party software, cloud or licensing costs are shown separately.
- Changes
- A scope change is priced and approved by you in writing before it happens.
