Nothing. The consult, scoping pass and quote are free. You only pay for work you have approved in writing, at a price you saw first.

Small targeted app repairs start from a few thousand dollars. Other work depends on the systems, access, integrations, risk and support involved. We put those assumptions and the fixed quote or block arrangement in writing before you commit.

The free scoping pass usually takes one to three days. The written pricing follows once the requirements, access and boundaries are clear enough to quote responsibly.

A defined audit, assessment or roadmap can be scoped as a fixed deliverable. Ongoing advice uses block hours bought up front and drawn down as needed. You receive a report showing the time used and the work it covered.

Defined builds, automation work, security reviews, training sessions and fixed scope advisory deliverables are quoted as a fixed price. The quote states what is included, what is excluded and what would cause the scope to change.

No. There are no retainer lock ins, no markups on your cloud spend and no licensing fees stacked on top. We build onto your own accounts, so you own the code, hosting and data from day one where the work involves them.

The number moves only when the scope moves. Any change is priced, put in writing and approved by you before it happens, the same way the original quote was.

The proposal states how GST is treated and lists third party software, cloud or licensing costs separately. Those services normally stay in your own account, without a VibeZero markup.

The block arrangement states the amount purchased, reporting cadence and any expiry or rollover terms before payment. These terms are not left to an assumption after work begins.

The quote states the handover and post launch support window. Ongoing maintenance, managed services or later changes are shown separately when they are relevant.
