Copilot Studio & AI agents | Perth + remote

Build AI agents with Copilot Studio

Hands on Copilot Studio training for Microsoft 365 teams that want to scope, govern and test an agent prototype in an approved environment. The workshop covers the path from first scope through permissions, testing and handover. A production release remains a separate decision after licensing, security and operational checks.

Best fit
IT, operations and capable power users building in house
Main deliverable
A full day workshop and one working prototype
Client requirement
Eligible licences, an approved environment and agent author access
Production boundary
Publishing and ongoing operation are separate decisions
Delivery ownership
  1. Scope
  2. Prepare
  3. Deliver
  4. Follow up

The accountable team scopes the audience, prepares relevant examples, delivers the session and records the next steps. The format is agreed before material is prepared.

The shift

From using AI to building it

Copilot Studio lets teams build agents that answer questions, follow processes and act on approved data. A quick demonstration is easy; a production agent requires scoping, permissions, testing, licensing and ownership.

The workshop applies that discipline to a bounded prototype. The team chooses a useful first use case, connects approved data, tests edge cases and documents the work required before production.

Build curriculum

What the build workshop covers

Six modules take the team from first scope to a working prototype in an approved environment.
  1. Fundamentals

    Copilot Studio fundamentals

Participants learn how topics, triggers and actions assemble an agent.
  2. Scope

    Scoping an agent worth building

Participants choose a first use case that is useful, safe and finishable within a sprint.
  3. Data

    Connecting your data

Participants connect SharePoint, Dataverse (the database behind Microsoft 365 apps) and approved sources without granting more access than the agent needs.
  4. Govern

    Governance and security

The team decides what each agent may access before it goes live.
  5. Test

    Testing like it matters

Participants test wrong answers and edge cases before staff or customers see them.
  6. Handover

    Document, own and maintain

The team assigns an owner, documents the prototype and identifies the checks required before production.

Delivery feedback

A client view of the work

This feedback is about how we scope, build and hand over technical work. It is not a case study for this service.
No jargon, no upselling, just solid work delivered on time. They understood our business from the first call and built exactly what we asked for.

Train or build

Learn it, or hand it to us

Some teams want agent building capability in house. Others want VibeZero to build the first agent and hand over a working system. The two paths can run together. Delivery establishes the standard, then training helps the team repeat it.

For a delivered solution, see AI agents and agentic coding. If the team first needs productive use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, start with Copilot training.

Eligibility

What must be ready before the workshop

Access

Eligible account and licence

Microsoft entitlements change. We confirm each builder can access Copilot Studio before the session.
Environment

Approved Power Platform environment

The internal administrator confirms the environment, region and agent author permissions.
Use case

One bounded prototype

The team supplies an approved use case and safe practice data. A broad production programme is not a workshop exercise.
Release

Production remains separate

A trial can support building and testing but may not support publishing. Security, billing and operations are checked before release.
The workshop receives a fixed quote after the environment, use case and participant needs are confirmed.

Delivery option

Need a production agent rather than training

Use the delivered service when the organisation needs VibeZero to own architecture, controls, testing and production handover.

Questions about Copilot Studio Training

Audience, format, preparation and what participants leave able to do.

It is hands on training that teaches your team to scope, build, govern and test an agent prototype with Microsoft Copilot Studio. The workshop uses an approved Power Platform environment and aims to leave the team with one working prototype, not an automatically production ready agent.
