Where time disappears
Fee earners should not be rebuilding the same administrative trail
Client intake, document assembly, knowledge search, time records and reporting often repeat information across systems. We use automation to move approved data between those steps while leaving judgement with the professional.
First drafts begin from a blank page
Precedents and past work are difficult to find
Time, project and invoice data do not move together
What we build
Internal tools arranged around practitioner review
Most engagements begin with AI consulting or an AI readiness audit to find the workflow worth changing before a tool is selected.

Professional context
Confidentiality is an operating requirement, not a footer note
Data classification, privilege, confidentiality, access and review are mapped before a model or automation pattern is chosen. We do not recommend placing client information into a tool whose terms or controls are not suitable.
Relevant professional context includes the Tax Practitioners Board, the ATO and REIWA. The applicable obligations and the firm's advisers determine what must be retained, reviewed or excluded for a particular workflow.
Client experience
What clients say about working with us
VibeZero reviewed BuildScore end to end before our public launch. What impressed us most was the rigour: a clear scope of work up front, tightly controlled access that they wound back the moment the job was done, and a written report so precise that our own independent verification confirmed every finding, line for line. They didn't just point at problems. Every issue came with a practical fix, sequenced so we could ship safely, and they handed over their testing tools so the value outlasted the engagement. Professional, responsive and security-first at every step. We'd recommend Josh and the VibeZero team to any founder who wants confidence in what they're shipping.
Josh and the VibeZero team turned a mess of ideas into a working product faster than I thought possible. They actually listened to what we needed, didn't overcomplicate things, and delivered something our team could use straight away. Genuinely one of the best tech experiences I've had as a business owner.
