The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) administers the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission regulates quality and safeguarding. Registered providers must meet the NDIS Practice Standards, which include obligations around information management, privacy, cybersecurity and the use of technology that processes participant information. The Code of Conduct also applies to all workers regardless of registration status.
