In detail

Cursor is a fork of VS Code rebuilt around AI. It has tab complete autocomplete, an in editor chat with the codebase as context, and agent modes that can make changes across many files at once. Cursor supports several model options and MCP integrations. Product names, models and plan limits change, so procurement should use Cursor's current documentation rather than a fixed feature ranking.
